Del Rio Disclosure Rules
Judicial preference requires the Del Rio Division to submit the final report to the Court on the
120th day following the guilty plea/conviction, at which time the case is assigned a sentencing
date. It is not a common practice in the Del Rio Division to waive the time limits set forth in
Rule 32 (b)(2).
