How to Pay your Court Ordered Debt

 

ONLINE:
ANY Texas Western court ordered debt can be paid by DEBIT CARD or ACH PAYMENT (directly from your bank account) online at Pay.gov. Credit cards are not accepted for court ordered debts. Online payments are posted daily. You will receive an email confirmation from the U.S. District Clerk’s Office advising once the payment has posted to your case account.

BY MAIL:
Alternately, you may mail your CASHIER’S CHECK or MONEY ORDER to the U.S. District Court Clerk’s Office located in the city where you were sentenced. Personal checks are not accepted for payment of court ordered debt. Receipts will only be provided upon written request. Walk‐In’s are accepted but during the pandemic, you may be directed to leave your payment in a drop box.
